As the owner and Web Master of this Orion Conspiracy web site, I would like to share some personal information with you.

When I was only twelve years old, I was running home from school one day with a friend. We got to an intersection of a busy street in downtown Bucharest, Romania. I was not aware at the time that my life was about to be forever altered.

Thinking that everything was fine from my perspective, I stepped down off the curb of the intersection. The next thing I remember was waking up later in a hospital. I could not walk, I could not move and I could not talk. I could not feel or move any part of my body.

I slowly regained some movement, I slowly began to be able to feel most of my body, but my muscle structure remained crippled. Over the next seven years, I had to breath through a tracheostomy.

Because of my need for advanced medical treatments, the dictator of Romania allowed my father to bring me to the United States of America where the finest treatments and techniques exist.

Years later my mother and sister joined us here in America.

Here we have come to know, love and protect freedom. We came from a land that did not understand human rights, human dignity, constitutional rights and freedom of the press. We came from a land where the state could set up an individual or family and ruin them for life. Here in America we found that because of checks and balances, one did not dare attempt the same kind of tyranny.

Ruining someone's life or family, by tampering with evidence and/or lying is a very grave matter. In America there are laws against setting up another individual, to get the federal government involved in prosecuting the individual who was set up.

I do not believe that all of the individuals who have been involved in the prosecution of David Steiner and John Thiele are aware of the materials that I am exposing in this report. I believe that we live in a universe of laws based on karma. What a man/woman sows he/she will reap.

I feel that it is vital that the information I am exposing be dealt with fairly and appropriately by all those involved in the prosecution and sentencing of David Steiner and John Thiele.

Have the original accounting books been destroyed?

J. Wilson White, M.D., helped finance and co-develop Gift of Health, Inc. in 1987 and 1988.

In late 1989, Kareyn Davis, a partner in Gift of Health and making around twenty thousand dollars a month, and Walter Mybeck, III, the company's attorney, began developing a way to take over Gift of Health and oust the co-owner, financier, co-developer, medical advisor and President, Dr. J. Wilson White. After Dr. White saw their amount of dishonesty, during late 1989, he was forced to walk away. Dr. White lost his entire investment.

As of January 1997, Gift of Health Distribution is still selling nutritional products in Michigan and is owned by Kareyn Davis's brother, Richard Tatalovich.

In the third quarter of 1990, John Thiele, R.P.T, decided to purchase controlling interest in Gift of Health. As soon as Mr. Thiele purchased Gift of Health, he asked Cheryl Carrington to become the president of the company. (Cheryl Carrington was not interviewed before David Steiner and John Thiele were indicted.)

John Thiele asked Missy Fischer to become the accountant for Gift of Health, and Eugene Kadish to become its attorney.

Missy Fischer later replaced Cheryl Carrington, to become president of Gift of Health, Inc.

The following people were not interviewed by the prosecution before the trial of U. S. v. Steiner/Thiele. The president of Gift of Health, Inc., Missy Fischer; the secretary of Gift of Health Distribution, Inc., Eugene Kadish, Esq.; the attorney for Gift of Health, Inc., Mr. Eugene Kadish, Esq.; the attorney for Gift of Health, Inc. in Michigan, Susan Saltzman, Esq.; the attorney for Gift of Health, Inc. in Phoenix, Tracy Essig, Esq. (from the major law firm of Gallagher and Kennedy) and the attorney for Gift of Health, Inc. in California, William Bleeker, Esq.

The following is a list of those who the prosecution interviewed before the trial, as well as a short explanation of their connection to Gift of Health, Inc., the SDA Church and/or each other.

Dr. Plubell and Dr. Knipple were investors. Plubell and Knipple grew up in the SDA Church and school system and went to the same dental school at Loma Linda University.

Dr. Plubell and Dr. Young (investor in Plubell's GOH National Distribution Company) were classmates and, until 1992, went on a two week yearly cruises together.

Dr. Ritz loaned money to Ruth White, who invested it in Lowell Plubell's GOH National Distribution Co. Dr. Ritz is a close friend of Dr. Plubell's nephew. Dr. Ritz's son went to Loma Linda University's Dental School where Dr. Plubell, Knipple and Young went to school. Dr. Plubell's brother, Gilbert, is General Conference Secretary over the world SDA education system, which includes Loma Linda University.

Polly Wood worked for Missy Fischer, who was the President of GOH, Inc. Polly worked as a bookkeeper in Missy's accounting business. Polly was very unhappy with her life at the time. She wanted to leave her husband. While working on GOH's books, Polly saw how much potential GOH had to expand and grow financially

After months of working for Missy Fischer, Polly Wood began to bad mouth Ms. Fischer, and created concern and doubt by the owners and directors of Gift of Health, Inc.

While Ms. Fischer was gone on a two week trip, Polly Wood talked the directors of Gift of Health, Inc., into hiring Polly and firing Missy Fischer.

Polly Wood began work on the GOH's books. In June of 1991, at an important investor and management meeting in Tennessee, Polly Wood was also told that she was to give David Steiner and John Thiele 10% of all venture capital they raised from their contacts for Gift of Health. The investors decided that they needed to give John and David this incentive to make money, because it was vital for the financial health of GOH.

John Thiele and David Steiner started raising additional capital to brace up an ailing company, and to get the sales to increase. They did this at the direction of the major investors, Polly Wood, and Louis Wildman, President of GOH.

David Steiner was not successful at raising capital from his contacts. John Thiele was successful, and within six months had over sixty thousand dollars coming to him from the 10% finder's fee agreement that the June, 1991, meeting in Tennessee had authorized.

John Thiele asked Polly Wood to keep his money in Gift of Health until he needed it. John Thiele asked Polly Wood to show his money on the books by using a double entry bookkeeping system. Polly Wood was instructed in a memo to give David Steiner a loan from John's 10%, to pay for Steiner's personal attorneys and for anything anything else that Steiner could not pay for.

Polly Wood did this, and kept exacting records (books) of each of these transactions.

Several months before Polly Wood met Lowell Plubell, she began to keep records of Lowell Plubells' investment into Gift of Health, Inc.

Polly Wood was asked to go and work with Lowell Plubell, and help him get his distribution territory operational. Within several weeks of Polly Wood working with Lowell Plubell, Sandra Fowler told David Steiner that Fowler had channelled that Polly and Lowell were already sleeping together.

Denise Steiner worked in Plubell's office with Polly Wood part of October and November, 1991. While there Polly Wood told Denise that she was aware that there were people who were working hard to get David in trouble with the law, and anyone connected to David. Polly told Denise that she had better get away from David, or she would be hurt too. Polly told Denise that Polly knew that John was going to be hurt, because these people were out to destroy David and anyone associated with him.

Denise told David what Polly Wood had told her, and this just confirmed what David Steiner and John Thiele had been suspecting. Collusion and conspiracy on the part of at least Polly Wood and Lowell Plubell. (At this point David and John decided that they better tape the telephone conversations, for their protection.)

Plubell dismissed John Thiele and David Steiner in December of 1991. At this point Polly Wood and Lowell set about doing the rest of the set up.

They needed to have some support from the few people who had invested money into Gift of Health.

Polly Wood redid the Gift of Health books, and most likely destroyed the original Gift of Health accounting records. With the new records in hand, Polly Wood went to the Gift of Health investors and showed them how David Steiner had stolen money from Gift of Health. Polly Wood showed how David Steiner's personal attorneys had received money directly from the Gift of Health checking account. Polly showed them how car payments, etc. had been made directly from the Gift of Health checking account.

Polly Wood was then able to ask the few investors in Gift of Health if David Steiner had told them, when they had invested, if their money was going to pay for his personal attorneys and cars, etc.

Of course the investors had not been told this, because it was not the case. With the original Gift of Health books missing (the double entry bookkeeping system showed David Steiner borrowing from the authorized and standard 10% finders fee that John Thiele was owed and had left in the company's checking account), it appeared that David Steiner and John Thiele had stolen from the company.

Several months before the federal criminal trial, Polly Wood was interviewed by Stanley Walker, the federal prosecutor in the same case. Polly Wood told them that she had never heard of a 10% finder's fee, and that she had never seen nor heard of a memo directing her to allow David Steiner to draw against John Thiele's finder's fee that he had left in the company. Polly Wood denied that the June, 1991 Tennessee meeting of investors and management in Gift of Health, Inc. had ever authorized a 10% finder's fee. The problem with that story is that four people present at that Tennessee meeting remember the 10% issue and being approved. One of the individuals present at that meeting took very good notes of the meeting.

Polly Wood stated that she was sure that this was just a scheme that John Thiele and David Steiner had come up with to defend themselves against fraud charges after they were caught stealing from the company.

This conflicted with testimony that was given by several witnesses who were at the June, 1991, Tennessee Saturday night meeting. They testified that the subject of John Thiele receiving a 10% finders fee came up, and was approved by everyone present.

In federal court in front of a federal judge, a federal prosecutor, a federal special agent investigating the case , and in front of a federal jury, Polly Wood boldly testified that she had never heard of a 10% finder's fee. Polly also testified that there were never any Gift of Health accounting records that reflected David Steiner simply borrowing money from John Thiele to pay David's attorneys', etc.

Here is where the problems for Ms. Wood and Dr. Plubell begin.

Polly Wood lied on the wit ness stand and had no idea that she and her accomplice, Lowell Plubell, D.D.S., would, or could be caught. Polly Wood had created a way to make it appear like David Steiner had misappropriated Gift of Health's funds. This in turn allowed her to get the investors to say that David Steiner and John Thiele had never told them that John and David were going to use their investments into Gift of Health for their personal benefit. Polly Wood created for a prosecutor the major two themes of the federal trial - MISREPRESENTATION and MISAPPROPRIATION = white collar fraud.

What I am about to share with you is information that could begin to open up a much bigger story. A story of how and why the Seventh-day Adventist leaders and their attorneys have, for years, tried to destroy David Steiner and his efforts.

Below you will find part of the transcript that was given by David Steiner to an officer of the federal court in U.S. v. Steiner. This tape will help you become aware, as I have, that something is very wrong. The Gift of Health original accounting records were destroyed and then new records were created. All, I believe, with the knowledge and blessing of Lowell Plubell, D.D.S.

This is not some little point that Polly Wood or Lowell Plubell just forgot about. This information concerning the 10% finder's fee went to the heart of the matter and was the information that allowed the prosecutor, based on his trust in Polly Wood's testimony, to pursue destroying David Steiner and John Thiele. Polly Wood knew about this when she testified, and now you will know about it after you read the following.

POLLY WOOD and DAVID STEINER

November 28, 1991

For now let me show you a few sections from this 21 page transcript. You decide for yourself. Did Polly Wood know about the John Thiele 10% finder's fee that David Steiner was authorized to borrow from?

Polly: Hello?

David: Hi.

Polly: Well, Hi.

David: Am I on time?

Polly: You're perfectly ... two minutes early!

Polly: Right. Now, you need to tell me before I send it off though, right? I should be finished with this, David, within the next day or so. Do you want me to mail it to you overnight?

David: I think so, just so I can have a chance, because here's a formula we used to talk about regularly, and the formula's important. John Thiele received a 10% commission for any of the funds that he raised in Gift of Health, and I'm not sure that any of those actually came out as just a 10% fee.

Polly: Okay. The car lease, $2,872.28. Now, do you want to show that as another advancement?

David: wee, that's the Lincoln, and that was the deposit for Knipple.

Polly: Right. [she takes a bathroom break] Okay, an advancement on that?

David: Show that as actual part of John Thiele's 10% fee he gets from bringing in investment capital.

Polly: Okay, let me write this down. 10% fee of John Thiele.

Denise: [Denise talks to Polly for a moment] Hi, I hear you have your hands full.

Polly: How you doing?

Denise: Fine, I hear you have your hands full with all this bookkeeping stuff.

Polly: Oh, man. I'm so close, David. I have got distribution totally entered, and I'm going through the suspense account right now. I can't believe it.

Denise: Really?

Polly: Yeah.

Denise: That's great.

Polly: I have a printout of it, and it's ready to go. I need to balance out the suspense account. All the bank accounts are balanced, so I'm just going to send it to them, and they'll see everything's nice and wonderful.

Denise: Good. Thanks so much, Polly. I'll let you talk to David because I know he's wanting to go through this stuff.

Polly: Okay. Well, Happy thanksgiving.

Denise: Thank you. You to. Bye.

Polly: Lincoln Mercury for $95.68.

David: An advance, again, and then put it toward John Thiele's 10% fee, because he used part of his 10% fee for two things: number one, he drives the car more than I do, actually. Probably three out of four miles he's driven, because on the long drives I do a lot of work and I don't sleep much, but at least he does a lot of the driving. And Knipple's idea was that the car would be there for him when anybody and, since John's using it. We've given him the ability to not only use the car, but he's been paying for the car out of his advance, Of his 10% that he gets for all the moneys he's brought in. That's one thing he's done. A second thing he's done is, Gallagher and Kennedy not only does Gift of Health's, but they also do my personal stuff. Anything that they've done for me personally, that shows as my personal legal bill, is a loan from John Thiele from the 10% finder's fee that I've been paying Gallagher and Kennedy for my services.

Polly: Okay, so anytime, I find it, I just need to give it to John Thiele's 10%.

David: Mm-hmm.

Polly: Okay. Barrows for $1,500.00.

David: Okay, the same thing. That would go to Gift of Health, and then be ... an advance to Gift of Health,

Polly: And this says Robert Knipple on it.

David: Uh-huh. That would still be against John Thiele's 10%.

Polly: Okay, this lady from the factory called me. she said they have 30,000 orders ready. We can send out 10 now , and 20 the first of the year, or we can send them all out now. What do you think? do you want to do 30 Now?

David: Boy! You know, Polly ... I hate to ... I kind of wish that you could get Lowell's input on that and get his idea of what he thinks.

Polly: I haven't talked to him. I mean, what do I say when I call him? Just ask him?

Polly: David, you haven't made any mistakes. Okay? Let's not go into anything like that. You know? In fact, nobody's perfect in this world. Nobody. Everybody makes mistakes. I make mistakes, you make mistakes. Everybody does. But, if anything you haven't made mistakes, okay?

David: Well, I'm trying. I mean, my intention is to do what I can to make things work.

Polly: I know.

David: and so, with this lawyer thing, no, I don't want you calling them and promising them personal money.

Polly: I can't handle that.

Polly: Okay, well, let's think about it, and get back with me on that [she laughs]. I won't take no for an answer.
