of evidence in a federal criminal case

Dear Glendale Adventists Medical Center:

I am the attorney that regularly represents the Kentucky-Tennessee Conference Association of Seventh-day Adventists and also have represented a group of physician/investors in a Federal securities fraud case against Vernon Lee Leggett. I have a judgment against Mr. Leggett, a copy of which I am enclosing for your reference. Although Mr. Leggett has disputed that his attorney had authority to enter into the findings of fact, it is undisputed that he has agreed to allow me to take a One Million ($1,000,000) Dollar judgment against him. I would appreciate any information which you might have concerning Mr. Leggett's whereabouts and present location and present activities. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
